1. Services

VisionShiftHub provides a range of AI education Services, including live courses, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring sessions ("Services").

2. Info Products

We offer digital Info Products such as e-books, recorded tutorials, and online training modules ("Info Products").

3. Goods

Physical items sold through VisionShiftHub, including printed workbooks and branded merchandise, are defined as Goods.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request a refund for Services up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after approval and issued via the original payment method or as platform credit. Clients may also transfer a booked Service to another available date within 30 days of the original schedule. No refunds are available for one-on-one mentoring sessions that have commenced or completed, as these involve personalized preparation and allocation of instructor resources.

4.2 Info Products

A full refund is available for Info Products if requested within 7 calendar days of purchase provided less than 30% of the content has been accessed. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of approval to the original payment method or as platform credit. No refunds are provided once 30% or more of the content has been accessed or after the 7-day period.

4.3 Goods

Customers may ship back Goods in original condition within 30 calendar days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days via the original payment method. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Items sent back damaged or not in original condition are not eligible for a refund.

5. Payments

All fees are payable by credit card or other offered payment methods. Prices are listed on VisionShiftHub.com and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

6. Changes to Terms

VisionShiftHub may modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect upon posting. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
